Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer (Aerospace) for 1st shift in Simi Valley, CA. This on-site role focuses on developing, delivering, and documenting hands-on training and qualification programs for production staff across machining, saw, and manufacturing support operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in precision manufacturing, with strong skills in CNC, GD&T, and safety. The position emphasizes certification-driven training, collaboration with engineering and quality

Qualifications

• 5-7 years hands-on precision manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience training shop floor personnel.
• Strong safety and 6S knowledge.
• Proven capability to develop training plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structured training plans and certifications.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on training to operators.
• Evaluate trainee performance and certify qualifications.
• Maintain training records and qualification matrices.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Eng, Quality, EHS and HR.
• Promote safety, Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement.
• Provide instruction on PPE, lockout/tagout, and safe operation.
