Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Simi Valley, California, is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to develop, deliver, document, and continually improve technical training across machining, saw, utility, and manufacturing support operations.

Under general supervision, you will translate work instructions and drawings into effective training, maintain qualification records, identify skill gaps, and certify employees to standard prior to performing tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in precision manufacturing or machining operations.
• Formal qualification authority for processes, machines, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of shop safety, PPE, guarding, LOTO, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training plans, evaluations, and certification criteria.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on training using approved documents and plans.
• Train and qualify operators and support personnel; certify before allowing tasks.
• Maintain records for trainings, qualifications, and recertifications.
• Identify competency gaps and coordinate cross-training with leadership.
