Qualifications

• 0–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience for Level 2.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience for Level 3.
• Proficiency with hand tools (calipers, micrometers).

Responsibilities

• Operate subassembly equipment and coating lines.
• Monitor and record quality data (dimensions/weight).
• Read and follow detailed operation instructions and prints.
• Use calipers, depth gauges, and micrometers.
• Handle material movement with hoists, cranes, and tow motors.
