Job summary

Express Employment International (US) is partnering with an aerospace manufacturer in McMinnville, OR to fill multiple manufacturing openings. Roles range from entry to senior level and involve operating subassembly and coating equipment, reading prints, and ensuring quality data.

Shifts include day and swing hours with pay from $15.65 to $23.00 per hour, depending on level and experience. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years up to 5+ years in assembly or manufacturing and proficiency with hand tools

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience for Level 2.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience for Level 3.
• Proficiency with hand tools (calipers, micrometers).

Responsibilities

• Operate subassembly equipment and coating lines.
• Monitor and record quality data (dimensions/weight).
• Read and follow detailed operation instructions and prints.

You will be responsible for operating subassembly equipment, coating equipment, ovens, material handling equipment, hoists, cranes, tow motors, pallet trucks, and other miscellaneous equipment. You will also monitor, measure, and record quality assurance data, including, but not limited to, dimensions, weight, and other specific information. As part of this role, you will need to be able to read and comprehend detailed operational instructions and prints for job and setup operations.

The right candidate will have 0-2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience for Level 1 positions (15.65-16.50), 2-5 years' experience for Level 2 positions (16.50-20.00), and 5+ years' experience for Level 3 positions (20.00-23.00). You should also be skilled in the use of hand tools, including calipers, depth gages, and micrometers.
