Job summary

Cascade Engineering Technologies in Canby, OR is seeking an Aerospace Assembly Technician to join our team. You will assemble aerospace components per drawings and instructions, ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role operates on swing shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM). Prior aerospace assembly is a plus but not required; training provided. We offer comprehensive benefits and a clear career path in a leading aerospace company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Aerospace assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts and complete assembly operations per work instructions.
• Drill, ream, and countersink holes to tolerances.
• Operate hydraulic presses for bushings, bearings, and components.
• Install rivets, nutplates, seals, bolts, and other aerospace hardware.
• Apply adhesives, sealants, fasteners, bearings, and related materials.
• Use precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
