Qualifications

• Experience working with precision machined parts, cleaning, deburring, sanding, lapping.
• Ability to lift and manipulate objects up to 50lbs.
• Experience with aerospace assembly techniques and tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble low volume, high complexity components.
• Perform threaded insert installation and electrical crimping.
• Use various tools to complete assembly tasks.

Skills

Experience working with precision machined parts

Understanding of installation processes for hardware

Proficient at using power and hand tools

Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs

Fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination

Ability to read and follow work instructions

Experience with glues, epoxies, and adhesives

Ability to use measuring equipment

Computer experience with MES software
