Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years' aerospace/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform moderate strenuous physical work including lifting up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints and translate them into fabrications.
• Perform part‑fitting operations: drilling, riveting, reaming, and other measuring tasks.
• Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers) to verify dimensions.
• Maintain shop controls and safety procedures; use PPE.
• Support continuous improvement in production methods and equipment.
