Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in hydraulic parts, assemblies, components, or systems in aerospace/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to perform physical, repetitive work including lifting up to 35 pounds and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Fabricate structural assemblies with precision drilling, countersinking, and calibrated tools.
• Align parts on jigs using templates and fixtures.
• Perform part-fitting operations and measure with micrometers/calipers.
• Ensure quality via statistical process controls and proper PPE usage.
