Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead daily shop floor activities and supervise a production team in a fast-paced aerospace environment at the Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico site.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant supervisory experience in manufacturing, a university degree or equivalent, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. This onsite position supports 2nd shift and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including shop floor activities and production flow.
• Lead and coach production employees, assign work, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet commitments.
• Monitor metrics and drive corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and support audits.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Support safety culture and environmental, health & safety standards.
• Interface with customers to resolve operational issues and ensure on-time delivery.
