• Monitor productivity, schedule attainment, efficiency, scrap and rework.
• Resolve production issues impacting quality, safety or delivery.
• Lead production meetings and communicate department priorities.
• Ensure ISO9001/AS9100 compliance with customer and engineering specs.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain and Maintenance.
