Job summary

The Gill Corporation-Maryland is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day-to-day production in a high-volume setting. You will oversee safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Planning to meet customer requirements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, an engineering background preferred, and at least four years in manufacturing with two years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; engineering degree preferred.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, with 2+ years supervising.
• Lean, Six Sigma exposure highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Promote safety and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Planning.
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and labor reporting.
• Onboard and develop hourly employees.
