GKN Aerospace in Garden Grove, CA, is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to safely produce conforming aerospace transparencies on time and within budget, while building employee capability and engagement. You will execute daily management, lead problem solving, and coach a team to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance in a fast‑paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

You’ll act as the link between workers and site leadership and drive Lean improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to organize daily work and communicate expectations.
• Ability to work on-site in an active manufacturing environment.
• Must satisfy position eligibility, export controls, site access, and ITAR/EAR requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily safety-focused operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and productivity targets.
• Translate production plans into shift priorities and staffing.
• Monitor performance and take timely actions to stay on plan.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize site performance.
