You will lead one or more cells, implement CORE and LEAN initiatives to improve quality, throughput, and delivery, and ensure safe, well-trained operations in jet engine component manufacture and repair.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in manufacturing or an Associate's with 4+ years; high school with 6+ years also acceptable.

The Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift will apply CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence), LEAN and other continuous improvement techniques to develop and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing quality, throughput and delivery integrity. Provide leadership and guidance to multi-skilled group of team members engaged in the manufacture and repair of jet engine components. Ensure employees are adequately trained and work in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Execute business decisions fairly, conduct annual performance reviews, hold regular toolbox meetings, provide two-way communications, consistent application of policy/work rules, and clear, consistent communication of organizational goals and objectives. Support all legal obligations such as United States Government contracting and Administration of FAA policies and procedures. Sets day-to-day goals and objectives for team members. Responsible for making modifications in systems and processes to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of the work area. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
