Job summary

Infosoft Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Administrator to support the Tooling Organization in a team-based manufacturing environment. The role combines manufacturing support, scheduling, data analysis, reporting, meeting coordination, and administrative activities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications. Experience in aerospace or industrial manufacturing, ERP/MRO systems (SAP, MES), and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, operations, administration, scheduling, coordination, or data/reporting support.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, sorting/filtering, formulas, and VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH; macro experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Outlook for calendar/meetings and PowerPoint for leadership materials.
• Demonstrated basic data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines.
• Experience with ERP/MRO systems such as SAP or MES; Power BI/Tableau or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing, production, business, and administrative processes within a team-based environment.
• Coordinate and manage meetings, calendars, schedules, presentations, and follow-up activities for the organization and leadership.
• Gather, organize, analyze, and report manufacturing and operational data for leadership review.
• Prepare Excel reports, tracking spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations, and other management reports.
• Support production planning, process improvement, material management, quality, manufacturing systems, and cross-functional activities.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to address requests, issues, scheduling needs and process-related questions.
• Adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of projects and improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and documentation support to team members as needed.
