Our client is a large Aerospace Industry Manufacturer.
Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Administrator to support the Tooling Organization in a team-based manufacturing environment. This role combines manufacturing support, scheduling, data analysis, reporting, meeting coordination, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with competing priorities, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications. Experience supporting aerospace, industrial manufacturing, ERP/MES/MRO systems, or production operations is a plus.
- Support day-to-day manufacturing, production, business, and administrative processes within a team-based environment.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, calendars, schedules, presentations, and follow-up activities for the organization and leadership.
- Gather, organize, analyze, and report manufacturing and operational data for leadership review.
- Prepare Excel reports, tracking spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations, and other management reports.
- Support production planning, process improvement, material management, quality, manufacturing systems, and other cross-functional activities.
- Work with internal and external customers to address requests, issues, scheduling needs, and process-related questions.
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adapt to changing business priorities and take ownership of assigned projects and improvement initiatives.
- Support team members through training, documentation, process coordination, and other operational activities as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems and support process improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, production, operations, administration, scheduling, coordination, or data/reporting support.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, sorting/filtering, formulas, and VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH; macro experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including calendar and meeting functionality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and leadership materials.
- Demonstrated basic data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and support internal/external customers.
- Manufacturing experience in an aerospace or industrial environment is preferred.
- Experience with ERP/MRO systems such as SAP or MES is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/dashboard tools is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills are desirable.
