Job summary

Regent Aerospace Corporation in California is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and develop repairs for components and coordinate decisions for in-house or outside repairs. You will provide engineering support for repair instructions and ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.

You will maintain manufacturing documentation, participate in production planning, and contribute to safety programs. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and hands-on CAD/office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Ability to work independently or lead a team on specific engineering projects.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to process improvement.
• Familiar with AutoCAD; proficient with Excel, MS Project and Word.
• Ability to read blueprints and process specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop repairs for components submitted for repairs.
• Coordinate decision making for in-house manufacture, repair, or outside supply.
• Provide engineering support for determining repair solutions (repair instructions).
• Maintain manufacturing documentation including assembly procedures, testing methods, BOM, and labeling instructions.
• Oversee manufacturing planning for each part and assembly (BOM, routing, tooling).
• Participate in material review board activities and safety programs.
• Provide sustaining engineering support to production and corrective actions.
