Job summary

Crissair, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and professional roles in the United States. You will partner with HR leadership to shape job postings, source candidates, and manage interviews through onboarding.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, familiarity with California employment laws, and a track record of building strong candidate pipelines in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in aerospace or manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and professional roles.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills with knowledge of CA employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with managers to define requirements and reflect compensation in postings.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.
• Lead recruiting for CNC, manufacturing, engineering, and admin roles.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain pipelines and KPIs.
