Zusammenfassung

RTX is seeking a role in Cedar Rapids to oversee Customer Returned Goods (CRG) operations at the Service Center. You will coordinate schedules, manage flow, and work with Supervisors and Project Managers on priorities, metrics, and responsibilities.

You will learn to analyze data, optimize performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across CRGs and factory coordination, while developing presentations for cross-functional audiences.

Qualifikationen

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Business, or STEM and enrolled through internship/co-op.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
• Experience delivering presentations using data visualization tools to communicate production metrics or project updates to cross-functional teams or leadership.

Aufgaben

• Track progress and identify obstacles to minimize disruption to on-time delivery of Customer Returned Goods (CRGs).
• Coordinate daily Material shortages for Service Center.
• Coordinate GS and DCMA On Time Deliveries for Factory and Service Center.
• Identify and address product flow problems and propose resolutions for efficiency.
• Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Maintain and update Service Center CRG monthly metrics.
• Assist in financial analysis of transfer rates, direct expenses, and purchasing.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Identify risks and resolve delays.
