RTX is seeking a role in Cedar Rapids to oversee Customer Returned Goods (CRG) operations at the Service Center. You will coordinate schedules, manage flow, and work with Supervisors and Project Managers on priorities, metrics, and responsibilities.

You will learn to analyze data, optimize performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across CRGs and factory coordination, while developing presentations for cross-functional audiences.

Qualifikationen

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Business, or STEM and enrolled through internship/co-op.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
• Experience delivering presentations using data visualization tools to communicate production metrics or project updates to cross-functional teams or leadership.

This position will be responsible for all portions of the Cedar Rapids Service Center’s CRG (Customer Return Goods) operations and processes. The position oversees and coordinates daily project schedules, communications, shop floor management, BU workforce priorities, flow disruption, maintenance requests and overall OTD (On Time Delivery) performance. This role will work closely with floor Supervisors and Project Managers on priorities, metrics and responsibilities.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Business, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co‑op session.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
• Experience delivering presentations using data visualization tools to communicate production metrics or project updates to cross‑functional teams or leadership.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
