Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own roadmaps for multiple manufacturing systems and to collaborate with end users across teams. You will define and deliver features, communicate plans to leadership, and drive analytics to steer product decisions.

In this role, you will apply lean and agile methods, partner with software engineers, and continuously improve domain knowledge to support safe, cost-effective space manufacturing operations. WA-based, U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a product manager, engineering manager, or similar role.
• 2+ years working in configuration-focused manufacturing or design engineering roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proven ability to leverage data in decision-making.
• Experience with lean and agile software development methodology.
• A demonstrated history of becoming an expert in an unfamiliar domain.
• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills and a proven ability to drive sophisticated projects with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for multiple systems and work with end users to advocate on behalf of their needs.
• Deliver results to the business, including defining and executing a roadmap of features and functionality.
• Communicate roadmap and plans to management and the broader company.
• Work with multiple teams across the organization to define and implement new manufacturing processes via iterative delivery of software solutions.
• Perform analytics on data to drive business decisions and iterate on our products.
• Anticipate business needs with proposals and system solutions.
