Job summary

EPS Connects LLC seeks aSenior Manufacturing Engineer to support design, development, and optimization of aerospace manufacturing processes, with emphasis on fixture design, fabrication, and assembly operations.

The role includes mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with design, production, and quality teams, and driving operational excellence through process improvements and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Aerospace Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years experience in aerospace manufacturing engineering focusing on fixture design, fabrication and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of production tooling and assembly fixtures for aerospace components.
• Develop and optimize processes for precision fabrication, machining and assembly of aerospace structures.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and other problem-solving methods to drive improvements and reduce lead times.
• Collaborate with design, production, quality and supply chain teams to transfer new products and fixtures into manufacturing.
• Provide mentoring to junior engineers, technicians and operators and support major engineering projects.
