voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation in Shelbyville, KY is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support aerospace production. Ideal candidates have experience with metal forming, machining and welding and strong machine troubleshooting.

You will provide technical knowledge to the Manufacturing Operations Team, coordinate between departments, support cost reduction and quality initiatives, and work varied shifts including overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Must understand specialized or highly technical production equipment.
• US Person as defined by ITAR & EAR.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoots equipment and process problems with Maintenance/Engineering.
• Provides technical problem solving to Production and supports lean initiatives.
• Operates laser weld and mill operations and handles setup and adjustments.
• Trains team members and ensures compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintains consumable inventory and participates in cost/quality improvements.
