Job summary

RTX is seeking an Onsite Manufacturing Operator in Asheville, NC to support Pratt & Whitney blade and vane production. You will operate a variety of production machines, conduct quality checks, and document results on run sheets, with overtime as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, U.S. citizenship, and prior manufacturing experience or related certification. The site offers comprehensive benefits and a structured training program.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required to access program/contract.
• Previous manufacturing experience or Advanced Manufacturing Certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines on the line producing blades and vanes.
• Perform routine quality checks and read process sheets.
• Document results on check sheets and run charts; maintain 5S and TPM tasks.
