Firehawk Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for its Crawford, Mississippi site. The role leads the production team and manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets in a hands-on leadership capacity.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, train and mentor staff, and collaborate with engineering to drive cost-effective and efficient manufacturing. The position requires strong leadership, Lean knowledge, and adherence to ITAR regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Manufacturing/Assembly/Production processes.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated drive to deliver on tight schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and priorities.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Orient, train and develop team members on work instructions and standards.
• Perform supervisory functions including assignments, evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve cost efficiency and productivity.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for productivity, cost, quality and on-time delivery.
• Assist with planning factory layouts to optimize production.
• Estimate labor hours for budgets and proposals.
• Ensure daily accountability of high-security components.
• Ensure job budgets are met.
