Job summary

Firehawk Aerospace is seeking an Operations Facilities Manager for the Lawton, OK site. You will oversee site buildings, infrastructure, energy systems, equipment, and support services to ensure safe, compliant production, testing, and maintenance activities.

The role requires 7+ years of facility operations leadership in industrial environments, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven contractor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Operations Management or related field.
• 7+ years in facility operations, industrial maintenance, or site management; aerospace/defense experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing full-site operations in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EH&S, NFPA, facility regulatory standards.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations across the Lawton, OK site including manufacturing, test areas, and administrative spaces.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EHS, NFPA, ATF, environmental, and city/state regulatory requirements.
• Lead preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs for all facility systems.
• Oversee utilities including HVAC, compressed gases, power distribution, water systems, and high-hazard infrastructure.
• Manage site service contractors including electrical, mechanical, construction, and safety support teams.
• Plan and execute facility upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to maintain site readiness.
• Oversee emergency response programs and site-level risk mitigation.
• Maintain facility documentation including inspections, regulatory reporting, permits, and safety logs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
