The candidate should bring a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years in engineering, and at least 2 years in a leadership role, with strong lean and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and driving CI.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage manufacturing engineering and tooling teams.
• Design and implement manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Oversee tooling design, development, and maintenance.
• Support new product launches through manufacturing readiness and process validation.
