Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp, a leading aerospace casting foundry, seeks a Controller to oversee finance and accounting for CPP-Chittenango. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting to corporate, with emphasis on cash flow and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with manufacturing to drive improvements, supervises accounting staff, coordinates audits, and evaluates capital projects using IRR/ROI analyses.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of budgeting, planning, cost accounting and internal controls.
• Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, graphs, illustrations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the budget and financial forecasts.
• Institute and maintain planning and control procedures and analyze variances.
• Prepare financial statements and reporting for corporate; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead internal controls, audits, and policy compliance across site finance.
• Coordinate with operations to identify improvement opportunities and drive production efficiency.
• Oversee cash management, disbursements, and asset protection.

Education

B.S. in Accounting or Finance

MBA preferred
