Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a technical role supporting manufacturing processes.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and improve safe and environmentally responsible manufacturing processes.
• Use MESH (Client Environmental, Safety and Health process), and other Client and industry standard practices.
• Design processes to meet internal and external customer quality specifications (AS9100, NADCAP).
• Implement Lean Six Sigma tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Mentor Manufacturing Engineering staff in competencies, processes, and lean concepts.
• Troubleshoot and improve processes with manufacturing operators; analyze fabrication and testing data.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data to aid in design and process improvements.
• Manage activities and budgets for manufacturing and process improvement projects.
