Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing/industrial/mechanical/electrical testing or similar.
• Familiar with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and improvement of manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Leads Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce lead time and improve productivity.
• Analyzes production metrics to trigger improvement projects.
• Establishes standard hours and operation sequences for current and future processes.
• Generates work instructions and supporting documentation for manufacturing.
• Participates in DFMEA/PFMEA activities as a key contributor.
• Provides guidance on design concepts to optimize manufacturing.
• Leads task management and cross‑functional problem solving to keep programs on plan.
