Telemetry Today LLC in Texas is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace and defense programs. You will lead DFMA, develop tooling and work instructions, and ensure production readiness across complex hardware while aligning engineering and manufacturing with AS9100 and DoD standards.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing engineering, leadership across cross-functional teams, supplier oversight, and proven ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing/aerospace engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering/manufacturing experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience leading manufacturing activities from design to production.

Responsabilités

• Lead manufacturing engineering from product design through production (DFM/ DFA).
• Develop and optimize processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Maintain process plans, travelers, routings, and BOMs.
• Lead FAI and production qualification per AS9100/AS9102.
