RTX's Landing Systems unit in Troy, Ohio is seeking hands-on engineering students for onsite opportunities. You will assist in production support, tooling design, and process improvement within a safe, collaborative environment.

The role is part of internships/co-ops and full-time pathways, offering exposure to AS9100/NADCAP processes and a comprehensive benefits package. Labor constraints and schedules will be managed to align with learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Technology, or related STEM major.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience presenting using data visualization tools to communicate metrics to cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Support production by ensuring processes, equipment, fixtures, routings, tooling, and standard work.
• Assist in improving quality and productivity using CORE Operating System and ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP.
• Support audits and project/contractor management.
