Qualifications

• Must be actively working towards a 4-year engineering or 2-year technical degree (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial preferred).
• Availability to work onsite in Everett, 5 days per week for a 10-14 week period.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with manufacturing engineers, toolmakers, and production operators and managers to improve tooling systems.
• Analyze, optimize, and refine process and tooling to meet reliability, compliance, and production goals.
• Become familiar with manufacturing and tooling processes and capabilities.
• Interface with hardware design, tooling, and quality groups to solve problems.
• Learn and follow standard engineering practices.
