AAA USA is actively hiring experienced Manufacturing Engineers to support aerospace, defense, transportation, industrial, and advanced manufacturing programs nationwide. You will work directly with production teams to improve methods, resolve build issues, optimize processes, and support design for manufacturability (DFM) initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing engineering experience and be able to independently manage day-to-day process improvements while recognizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably aerospace or complex assembly.
• Strong CAD skills and ability to read GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Experience with DFM analysis and manufacturability documentation.
• ERP experience (Epicor or SAP) including eBOM/mBOM reconciliation.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams on process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with production teams to fix manufacturing issues.
• Improve methods, ergonomics, and production flow.
• Analyze build sequences to develop efficient processes.
• Create and maintain manufacturing drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure traceability and configuration control for changes.
• Lead DFMs and recommend improvements.
• Support cost, cycle-time reductions and labor efficiency.
