AAA USA Inc. has partnered with a Sandpoint, ID-based aerospace manufacturer to recruit experienced Manufacturing Engineers. The role focuses on translating build plans into precise work instructions, optimizing process sequences, and ensuring quality through robust process control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience creating written and visual work instructions for airframe structures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with GD&T Level 1 training.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates sequence of fabrication, assembly, and installation of the product, converting build plans into clear work instructions.
• Seeks optimized operations to ensure quality and process control.
• Identify materials, parts, and tools/equipment requirements for tasks.
• Track and resolve blockers by collaborating with technicians.
