Job summary

Acro Service Corp is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for Aeronautics Systems in Palmdale, CA. The role focuses on providing practical solutions, contributing to design-for-manufacturing concepts, and supporting tooling and producibility initiatives.

You will define build sequences, investigate corrective actions for non-conforming products and liaise with Engineering to ensure low production costs across electrical, hydraulics, fuels, fluids and propulsion systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering required.
• Ability to interface with multiple levels of leadership, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to work 1st shift 5am-3:30pm or other schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Engineering to ensure manufacturability and optimal techniques.
• Participate in tool design reviews to ensure feasibility and reduce build times.
• Define sequence of operations for product builds and drive corrective actions for non-conforming product.
• Liaise with Engineering to influence low production costs across electrical, hydraulics, fuels, fluids and propulsion systems.
• Provide hands-on technical solutions and represent Manufacturing within the organization.
