Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years of machine programming experience.
• Basic knowledge of transceivers.

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of manufacturing routers, work instructions, process instructions, drawings, and bill of materials
• Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality and Engineering Department
• Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes controls and procedures
• Evaluate technical specifications and economic factors relating to process or product design objectives
• Focus on quality and internal efficiency efforts to improve cycle times and reduce defects
• Research and develop new processes and equipment
• Monitor material performance and evaluate material deterioration
• Work with cross functional teams on new product development
• Other duties as assigned
