Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Manufacturing/Process/Product Engineer.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; ITAR US person.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing cells for new and existing products.
• Manage process documents, tooling and equipment for programs.
• Drive FPY and OPE improvements.
• Perform ergonomic assessments and RCPS-based problem solving.
• Work cell design, integration and validation.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to reduce waste and variation.
• Support 5S+ and visual management in manufacturing areas.
• Assist with capital expenditures and ROI development.
• Collaborate on non-conformances and CARs with cross-functional teams.
