Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing engineering or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Experience requirement ranges from 18 months to 4 years manufacturing engineering, planning, or related technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical studies and analyze operations to recommend equipment and methods of manufacturing with detailed methodology.
• Create detailed work instructions to optimize process efficiency and reduce defects.
• Develop MBOM in SAP/Solumina/Corridor to ensure correct parts are installed during assembly.
• Support make-or-buy decisions and vendor negotiations to resolve problems.
• Apply lean and six-sigma principles to manufacturing methods and lead projects.
