Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Louisville, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize machining, molding, cleanroom assembly, and sealing product operations. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Engineering to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost through standardization and continuous improvement.

This role requires hands-on floor support, experience with Lean/Six Sigma, and ability to lead root cause analysis, implement CAPAs, and support new

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
3–7 years in a regulated, high‑mix manufacturing environment.
Experience in CNC machining, injection molding, or cleanroom assembly preferred.
Experience supporting aerospace, semiconductor, healthcare, or other quality‑sensitive environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes and work instructions.
Provide hands-on production support troubleshooting on the shop floor.
Lead root cause analysis for defects, misses, and scrap.
Improve throughput through cycle time, labor, and setup optimization.
Support new product introduction and product transfers.
Collaborate with quality to meet AS9100, ISO standards and customer requirements.
Train staff on process standards and troubleshooting.
Support site priorities like lead time reduction and on-time delivery.
