RTX (Raytheon) in Tucson, AZ is seeking motivated students for internship/co-op opportunities within Manufacturing Engineering. You will translate designs into manufacturing processes and support production to meet cost, quality, and schedule goals.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, exposure to leadership, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvements. Applicants must be enrolled in a relevant STEM degree and able to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

Must be pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related STEM major and actively enrolled through internship/co-op period.
Must have at least 60 credits completed by start of internship.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
Experience may be gained through coursework or projects.

Responsibilities

Utilize Raytheon systems and tools to support Manufacturing processes.
Support production operations and the Manufacturing discipline.
Support Manufacturing objectives for cost, quality, schedule and safety.
Support improvement and optimization initiatives within the Manufacturing discipline.
