Qualifications

• Engineering background and hands-on problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop rework instructions to address non-conformities and support repairs.
• Lead and support projects to improve production productivity and processes.
• Maintain and update technical processes to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with MAP and Design Office engineers as needed.
