Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and world-class manufacturing principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in development of manufacturing methods and update product drawings.
• Maintain drawings, routing sheets, and material specifications.
• Provide continuous improvement of tooling and methods.
• Lead capital projects through justification and industrialization.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes.
• Ensure adherence to EH&S, quality, and company policies.
