Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software and process documentation.
• Experience reading drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and EWIS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed work instructions and process documentation.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.
• Design and implement production tooling and fixtures.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement.
• Understand APQP/MBOM concepts and production flow within the plant.
