You will drive operational excellence, capacity planning, capital strategy, and process optimization across all manufacturing disciplines, lead frontline leaders, and partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Flight

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing with leadership roles.
• Proven ability to scale hardware production from prototype to production rate.
• Deep understanding of machining, assembly, and aerospace quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Define manufacturing strategy, scale programs, and make-vs-buy decisions.
• Drive lean manufacturing, KPIs, and process optimization across disciplines.
• Oversee machine shop, fabrication, avionics/harness, and parachute systems.
• Build and lead a high-performing manufacturing organization.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Flight Operations.
