Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's or advanced degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or STEM and enrolled through the internship/co‑op session.
• Experience with basic statistics and SPC.
• Experience with data analysis, automation, or engineering software such as Python, MATLAB, Excel, LabVIEW, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate data-collection tools; perform root-cause analysis; implement corrective actions to improve test processes.
• Analyze and enhance test equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency; reduce downtime and costs.
• Support capacity planning, ROI analysis, and evaluate test approaches to optimize staffing, production, and capital investments.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, training, and resolving production issues, including MFIs.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to address component obsolescence and manage configuration and change processes.
