Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and QuickBooks; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with timely, GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Oversee manufacturing and inventory accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, WIP, and inventory valuation.
• Supervise and develop accounting team; conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard assets.
• Partner with operations and FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Support external audits, tax filings, and sponsor reporting.
