Job summary

RTX Corporation in Asheville is seeking an MTS Technician to maintain production equipment on a weekend night shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 pm–6:30 am). You will support preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor fluid systems, and help ensure a safe, efficient production environment while gaining hands-on experience with leading manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ maintenance experience required.
• 2+ years preferred with additional technical education.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Assist with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and equipment repairs.
• Monitor and maintain machine fluid systems and perform routine servicing.
