Job summary

Chromalloy in San Diego, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, facility systems, and support infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. You will read blueprints and schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and support TPM initiatives.

You will help maintain a safe, compliant workplace with attention to quality and reliability. 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 5:30a-2:00p.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical circuitry.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose equipment.
• Document maintenance actions and communicate with team members.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
