Job summary

Pratt & Whitney AutoAir is the Raytheon Technologies center of excellence for aerospace OEM and MRO products, and it operates in Plant 5 Holt, Michigan. This Maintenance Technician role supports the production line and will receive extensive up-front training on robotics, conveyors, ovens, and spraying systems.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and experience in a production manufacturing environment. Aerospace mechanic experience or an A&P certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a Production Manufacturing Environment.
• Experience with Equipment Maintenance.
• Experience as an Aerospace Mechanic or Completed A&P Certification.
• Experience with automotive body work, machining, welding, and hands-on trades.

Responsibilities

• Performing Preventative Maintenance on Manufacturing Equipment.
• Completing Corrective Work Order for repairs on Equipment and in the shop.
• Manage and prioritize work assignments.
• Work with other skilled Maintenance Technicians to complete tasks.
• Complete work activities safely, correctly, and on time.
• Communicate issues and needs to coworkers and Management.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work any shift: First, Second, Third and AWW.
