Qualifications

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance - perform maintenance service or repairs in areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, furniture moving, clean-up.
• Machine and Equipment Maintenance - perform installation, troubleshooting and repairs for all facilities and production related equipment; assist in planning, scheduling and performing preventive maintenance for facilities support and production equipment maintenance.
• HVAC - Assist with installs, troubleshooting and repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems; ensure preventative maintenance is performed per established schedules.
• Electrical - Repairs, install, replaces and test electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances; inspect, test and repair electrical equipment, lighting, switches, motors, etc.
• Continuous Improvement - Participate in future site design modifications and upgrades; analyze data to support design efforts for expansion capabilities or improve efficiencies.
